  • Resolution: We work with partners to provide effective drugs and diagnostics and to develop innovative approaches to deliver health services to those who need it most.  We invest heavily in developing new medicines to prevent infectious diseases that impose the greatest burden in poor countries.

  • Resolution: When there is an urgent public health need, we can bring support by collaborating with partners, local governments and authorities to enable a more rapid response. For medicine access program, we work in existing medical centres or set up new structures if needed, providing essential medicines for treatments to the most vulnerable patients. During the outbreak of infectious diseases like yaws and malaria, we collaborate and partner with biotech companies in private sector, academia, and institutions to develop new classes of potential drug compounds.
